I've tried search engines, autosurfs, and other sources of web promotion and even ads…are there anymore sources that I haven't tapped into? Please help!

How seriously have you looked into 'Search Engine Optimisation' (or SEO for short)? Free traffic from search engines can be the best way because done right it will go on forever.
Basic SEO isn't difficult but there is a lot of knowledge to swallow. Because this question gets asked so much here at Yahoo! Answers, I've written a basic guide to SEO which is freely available for download at http://www.adambunn.co.uk/seo-beginners.php
Electronics is a notoriously difficult market though, you might have to seriously consider hiring a professional web marketer to look at both your SEO and other potential sources of traffic.

go to download.com and get on the posting list for their (website) optimization forum. LOTS of tricks there.
