Former UT Law Grad Sues Obama, Questions Citizenship
Philip J. Berg, a former University of Toledo School of Law graduate, has filed a lawsuit against Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama. He’s claiming the Illinois senator is not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible to run for president.
If elected, his selection to the presidency would cause a crisis within the U.S. Constitution.
“If we can’t enforce our constitution, especially a candidate for president, we’re in real trouble in this country, more trouble than you really want to believe and it’s frightening,” said Berg from his offices in Lafayette Hill, Penn., a suburb of Philadelphia.
Berg, a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania, filed the lawsuit in federal court Aug. 21 (Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083), “seeking a Declaratory Judgment and an Injunction that Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States.”

Let’s put this to a rest… if he has nothing to hide, then just produce the original birth certificate. It seems to be a simple request. This question – whether he meets one of the three basic qualifications to be eligible to be POTUS – should be addressed and put to rest as soon as possible. While Berg is certainly not without flaws, his argument seems plausible.

If this was true, Hillary, McCain, Palin, DNC, GOP, Limbaugh, the KKK would be bringing this up too. CNN, FOX, and most news stations would be looking into this too. They won’t report this garbage.

If Philip Berg is lying, and this could possibly destroy Barack’s candidacy, why have the DNC and the Obama Campaign not sued him for libel?
I know if these “vicious rumors” were being published about me, and I had nothing to hide in a court of law I would have sued for libel the day Berg presented this suit.
Instead the DNC and Obama decided to file an injunction to avoid having to prove the unprovable which would ultimately lead to the absolute destruction of the Democratic Party.
