The Yahoo/Msn & Microsoft Windows lottery has discovered a huge number of double claims due to winners informing close friends relatives and third parties about their winning and also sharing their pin numbers. As a result of this, this friends try to claim the lottery on behalf of the real winners. The Microsoft lottery has reached a decision from headquarters that any double claim discovered by the Lottery Board will result to the cancelling of that particular winning, making a loss for both the double claimer and the real winner, as it is taken that the real winner was the informer to the double claimer about the lottery. So you are hereby strongly advised once more to keep your winnings strictly confidential until you claim your prize.

This office will not be responsible for any outstanding fees. Services rendered by Transworld Courier Dispatch are to be paid by you and not the lottery board, for the fact that the lottery organisers didn’t make any provision for any upcoming expenses, regarding delivery of parcel or any such.

Have it in mind that your won prize cannot be deducted from your winning amount , this is because the total amount has been insured to the real value .This is to protect winners and to avoid misappropriation of funds..

Once again congratulations…
(Msn/Yahoo Lottery Games/Lottery Coordinator).

Looks like a scam to me. The best way to answer your question would be to ask another to you…. Did you enter your information for this? If the answer is "No" then I’d be EXTREMELY cautious.

I just Googled some details and came up with this:

Call them up, if they ask for any information inquiring your card number or any other detail relating to your personal identification it’s fraud. A message like that seems like its been sent to a load of peeps. Personally i don’t think they e-mail you messages this long for a confirmation, another thing is did you sign up or do anything with your e-mail to get this? Ask yourself a couple questions to figure out a doubt list of your own, cause i doubt this is real.

Scam!!!!! That message is both a fake and an outright fraud. Don’t contact the phishers and give them any of your personal information at all. Spam that scam message straight into oblivion right away. This is one lottery you’ll never win because it’s "bogus."

Another thing, the phishers telling you to "keep this lottery information confidential" would indicate to you not to say anything about this to anybody until they have finished scamming you.

Well, did you enter that lottery. you know buy a ticket????? No???
Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Microsoft, MSN and Aol do not have lotteries.
It is a scam to get your personal information and/or money.
    Do not respond to it.
Report it, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and to the abuse desk of the sender’s ISP.
Also, if the email appears to be impersonating a bank or other company or organization, forward the message to the actual organization.
